ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING - TERMS: For any item that has FREE SHIPPING. Note that free shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 states….does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international shipping. There is not an option to exclude Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico when computing shipping charges.  Please contact us for shipping charges BEFORE purchasing.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Please choose your shipping service carefully as 1stClass International may not have tracking information available for all countries. No items will be replaced or refunds issued on international shipping, so choosing Priority Mail International is definitely your better choice. By choosing 1st Class International as your service you agree to our terms and conditions and will not hold DPF Plumbing responsible for loss or damage to the package and items in it.

COMBINED SHIPPING CHARGES: Purchases from other DPF Plumbing auctions may be combined to save on shipping costs, but all items must ship from the same warehouse/manufacturer to be eligible. Please contact us for combined shipping costs and eligibility before paying for purchase to ensure the best combined rate. Shipping costs CANNOT be adjusted after payment is made.

SHIPPING LEAD TIME: Shipping lead time is indicated in listing above. Please note that some of our items do have extended handling times.

DOMESTIC PURCHASES: Payment must be received within 3 days of auction close.  Credit card charge to show name of parent company The Answer Line.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES: Payment must be received within 3 days of auction close.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:  Items marked as special order items will typically ship directly from the manufacturer any may have a longer lead time for shipping.  If the item is in stock at one of our nationwide warehouses, it may ship from that warehouse.  If this is a concern, please contact us before purchase.  Special order items are not returnable.
