This is a pair of 6-power, prism, Trieder series binoculars, made by C.P. Goerz of Berlin. The Trieder series with a rack and pinion focus mechanism in 3X, 6X, 9X, and 12X were the first prism binoculars made by Goerz and were manufactured from 1897 – 1911.
