Please use the pictures to help determine the condition of this item. I have not cleaned the outer package but it is still shrink wrap and that may be seen in the pictures. I'm not sure if it is clean inside the packaging but it may very well be because of the plastic covering it. I will ship it in the folded condition as shown in the first picture.
