Up for sale is a porcelain teacup and saucer set made by Shafford in Japan. This pattern features hand painted pink flowers on a black glossy background - all trimmed in gold on a scalloped rim.
The footed cup stands 2 1/8 inches tall and measures 4 3/4 inches wide including the handle.
The saucer measures 5 3/8 inches in diameter.
This vintage set is in good used condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a small area of black paint loss near the saucer's rim.
