Vinyl grading
Vinyls are inspected under a bulb providing strong light. Careful visual
grading unless otherwise noted.
MINT New record fresh from the factory.
NM Clean glossy surfaces with no marks. Expect to play line new.
VG++ Very few light marks that should not affect play. Expect to play
like NM but visually not as good as NM.
VG+ Some marks are visible that may produce some sound deterioration in
a few places. Still offers a very enjoyable listening experience, but not for
the audiophiles or the meticulous collectors.
VG Numerous marks are visible. There will probably be some ticks, pops,
and crackle, but overall offers an enjoyable listening experience. The vinyl is
still nice and is by no means trashed!
G Numerous scratches. Expect to play rather rough.
Cover grading
All visible flaws in the cover will be mentioned in details. Do not
expect any surprises!
