Arvin Hart Fire Department Lieutenant Plate - If you know a current or former Lieutenant in the Arvin Hart Fire Department, this metal plate would certainly warm their heart.

This collectible, which measures approx. 10" x 4", is in very nice, but not perfect, condition.  It has retained all of its' luster and lays flat (I've included stand up and flat images).  There is a light scratch that extends from the bottom left-hand edge through the "L" and a color fleck under it, there is also some color loss in the red border at the right-hand side.
