You are looking at the Vintage Napcoware Christmas Caroling Boy and Deer Buck Fawn Figurine #8994 which was made in Japan.  This figurine has been displayed and does not include the original box or packaging.

This figurine does NOT play music.

The figurine stands 5 1/4" tall, 2 3/4" long and 2" wide.  It is free of chips, cracks and repairs however it does have some missing paint on the back of the boy's hat and on his back right leg.
