B-25 Gathering WWII Bomber DVD

The iconic B-25 Mitchell twin engine medium bomber was made famous on April 18th 1942 when 16 of them flew off an aircraft carrier to bomb Japan - the Doolittle Raid. You'll see restored B-25s in this DVD either on display or flying. Thanks to the quality of modern video and audio gear, the viewer can now experience the B-25 on an entirely different level.

In April 2017 there was a gathering of B-25s in Urbana, Ohio for eventual 75th anniversary celebrations in Dayton, Ohio. We'll see 12 there plus 2 others later.

Highlights include:

- Sunday, April 16th 2017 action with 12 B-25s either on display or flying.
- See 8 different aircraft flying with riders during the day.
- Eleven planes take-off on Monday April 17 2017 headed to Dayton, Ohio.
- Enjoy several types of B-25s including the rare PBJ Navy/Marine planes.
- A rare B-25H with the solid nose and cannon (Barbie III) is seen each day.
- Engine starts, taxi shots, take-offs, fly-overs and landing scenes.
- Also shown are two more B-25s including Axis Nightmare and Tondelayo.
- Info on all aircraft, some music, narration and live audio of 14 B-25s.
- Recorded in Hi Definition, 16:9 widescreen.
- Color, Widescreen and Standard Definition dvd.

Informative narration does not interfere with great live audio of the aircraft.

Total runtime for the B-25 Gathering WWII Bomber DVD is about 90 minutes. Format is NTSC DVD and region-free.
