All that carbonite has stripped some paint from poor Han. It has also loosened his legs a bit. Although he can hold his arms 

out at a 90 degree angle, his legs would fall back down if he tried to stick them out.

In his rush to escape from Jabba he forgot to bring the carbonite block with him. Therefore it is not included for sale.
