Since this is a unique cut I would suggest looking at the photos with the measuring tape next to the garment. This is very important to understand the size because this is a body con uniquely cut garment. It fits like a glove.
(To give you an idea of the fit, when I wore this I was size 8, 5'-9", 130 lbs with a B-cup.)
Measurements taken while garment was laid flat (approxiamate due to the unique cut of this garment):
Chest (from what I can guess in the (under boob) bra closure area): 15"-16"
Waist (bottom of jacket): 12"
Length from top of neck to bottom hem: 15"
neck to end of arm length: 25"
Drop Shoulder width (from seam to seam that ends past the shoulder): 22"
While the jacket was laid flat you can see how the cut of the jacket starts narrow at the waist and then flares out wide for the underarms as the beginning of the sleeves. The shoulder seams are extended extra wide down the sleeve.
