This unique glass is excess pieces being 'upcycled' from a US glass factory that only produced its own glass. Each piece has a life of it's own.

•   ~ I attempt to clean and shine all the glass pieces. Some pieces will take several cleanings before all the glass ash residue stays off. In order to see the glass at it's best, I do rub with 'Orange Glow' furniture polish. This seems to help retain a smoother/shinier surface. If after receiving your glass the shine dulls, if you repply some type of oil the shine will be maintained. ~

These pieces are often used in landscaping for mulch or beautification. The glass chunks are also incorparated into art designs, aquariums, abstract sculptures, mosaics, stained glass, interior design and anything else you can imagine.This glass has not been tumbled. It is in it's raw form and some rough sharp edges remain. 

   Due to the raw form of glass, depending on the color composition & materials used for producing....some glass will fleck off or chip easier than other pieces. At times it may take several rounds of cleaning before all the residue remains off. Some glass pieces will have the crackling effect and some pieces fleck more than others. 

 **This is not crystal or precious stone. It is handmade glass and will at times fracture or break depending on handling. I try to package well, although at times accidents happen. Should this happen, please contact me and I will happily refund or make an exchange.

  *Some chunks have an area that looks somewhat 'charred' due to the heat process during glassblowing. Although this is common, not all chunks will have this. If  this would be a concern for you, please ask me ahead of time before biding.
