For sale is a Carhartt high visibility orange reflective striped doggy vest. This is a previously owned item that still has some fuzz stuck in the velcro from the previous owner. There is a tear in the reflective stripe that is about 1.5" by 1.5". I have indicated it with the pen in the pictures. Next to that you may notice some frayed threads on one of the Velcro straps. It also looks like someone may have chewed on the tag for this item. It wasn't me. For this to fit, the circumference of your dog (or child) should be somewhere between 15 and 20 inches around the middle, and the neck circumference should be between 12 and 16 inches. The back of the vest is about 10.5" long.
