For your consideration is a PROJECT if you love building N gauge model kits.  Sadly at my age the days of assembling these little parts into buildings are behind me so it is time to pass this along to someone who will actually do something with it.  Box was damaged so kit was bagged in a zip lock bag years ago.  See Pictures!
