what you see is what you get.  These German items I am breaking down are coming from an estate where the owner was complete in his collection of all issues including the items with catalog value over $1,000 each.  I am not an expert in this area and I know there are fake cancels thru out the stamps in this area.  Prices are for what you see.  If they get bid up over $100, and you request it, I can guarentee a refund for up to 90 days.  this will help you decide to bid if and when the bidding goes up higher than you ore comfortable with.  AND IF YOU REQUEST IT are key words in the sentences above.  Many of the better items MNH in these albums are being sold thru approvals which US collectors can join in with a deposit and proper referals.  

My shipping policy states 100% amount listed for first most expensive item, then 50% of the amount listed for all other additional items.
