EDWARD H. WHITE II.  Edward H. White II (1930–1967) was an Astronaut who was the first American to walk in space and died in the flash fire that killed the entire Apollo 1 crew.

White II, To The Silver Family, Best Wishes.”  Believed to have been inscribed to Leon Silver (1925-2022), the famous geologist who trained the astronauts from the Apollo missions.  White rarely signed with his full name, measures 10 by 8 inches, in very fine condition with only light creasing and paperclip impressions to the top border, and accompanied with a certificate of authenticity from RR Auction, the world’s leading autograph auction house.
