I used genuine Crystal elements in this necklace. Additionally, top quality European components were used as well. This means the metal is better quality and the prongs that hold the crystals are rounded (This prevents catching on clothing).   A Bracelet is available.

WARRANTY: 

I offer a 30 day warranty on repairs only.  The customer is responsible for shipping the item to me.  I will repair the jewelry and ship the jewelry back to the customer.  

REFUNDS: 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately.  All of my shipments are packaged with extreme care, and my listings are detailed with plenty of pictures to ensure refunds are not needed.  However, in case there is a problem, contact me within 3 business days.  We will be able to work something out, since I want you completely satisfied.  I'm not happy unless you are happy.
