Vintage full-cut panty brief pattern that has been modified just for men.  The gusset has been enlarged to fit "male" measurements.   The crotch is wider and longer.  6 inches wide and 8 inches long.

Unstretched waistband elastic measures 28 inches.  (Stretched waist measures to 40 inches.)

Unstretched leg elastic measures 20 inches. (Stretched leg measures to 30 inches.
