Vintage Garden Roller here made in ENGLAND

by T.Green & Son Limited either at Smithfield Iron Works, Leeds or Surrey Iron Works, Blackfriars Road, London

This is a lovely sweet & Charming Garden Roller, an Idea Restoration Project for someone who's creative..!

Roller is very heavy, as you would expect. Two person lift (Recommended).

This is very old, but not sure how old, I would guess 1910-1930 ? But that's a just guess...

Ooozes lots of character, but does have signs of use, time, wear and tear & like everything in life, of a lifetime of ageing.

Great opportunity to upcycle into something really unique & special in your garden or patio,

A true garden feature….

COLLECTION ONLY from Ottershaw,

Note: This is steel and concrete construction ~ and the concrete inside has deteriorated with age.

Please view ALL pictures as these form part of the description. There is some damage.

Also, Please Note:

This dual roller is ‘Ceased’ and doesn’t currently role, so will need oil lubricant and attention to bring it back to life !

I would take a guess that this roller is around 40kg + as it stands, maybe more, and that’s a rough guess but probably more, so it’s a definite two person manoeuvre onto / into your vehicle.

But, as it’s seized, that makes the loading easier !

Measurements are as follows:

Maximum height:

I need to measure this, around 120cm is a guess.

Maximum Drum Width:

2 feet or 24 inches or 60cm

Maximum Drum Height:

27cm or 10.5 inches - So not too big...

Naturally, this is a COLLECTION ONLY listing.,
