Mahogany side and back model of the 40 series acoustic guitar. Adopts new "scalloped parabolic hybrid" bracing.
A new pattern based on the original X bracing that combines an asymmetrical scalloped cross bracing pattern horizontally.
This new bracing pattern provides maximum strength with minimal wood.
Furthermore, the vibration of the soundboard has been improved to achieve a controlled and dynamic bass range.
This is a model that plays a new Larrivee tone.
It uses only solid wood, and is equipped with a nut, saddle, diamond-shaped dots on the fingerboard, and an open back tuner with an 18:1 gear ratio.
