You are bidding on one interesting legal document from 1785/86.

Affects one Lawsuit against the will the (apparently already deceased) Margarethe Muttschellin (once also spelled "Muttschallin"; family name as Muttschell / Mutschell / Mutschall / Muttschall or similar) in Mingolsheimwho have their assets charitable foundations had bequeathed.

Their (potential) heirs Johannes and Franz Pfahlen (probably inflected form of Pfahl) are now suing in Redingen (?).

Bad Mingolsheim is now an OT of Bad Schönborn (LK Karlsruhe).

It is a letter from the plaintiffs' lawyer, W. Sensburg Bruchsal (Letter dated 9. February 1785), addressed to the Kislau Oberamt in Mingolsheim.

With a half-page note from the Kislau Oberamt (dated Mingolsheim, 21. February 1786), signed by the official J. Dedell; with paper-covered seal.

Scope: into the. 7 of 8 pages described (33.8 x 21 cm).
