This is an old metal salt and pepper shaker 

Old lady sitting in a rocking chair. Both pieces have corks in the holes in the bottom. 

The rocking chair is about 2 5/8" tall. There are fleck of paint missing off  different areas...see photos.

This has not been used for Salt / Pepper. It was displayed in a shadow box for over 40 years.
