VENDOME HIGH END NECKLACE EARRINGS ART GLASS SILVER FOILED AB RHINESTONE

This is a unique and superb high-end set consisting of a necklace and a combination clip/screw back earrings. The set is not signed, but the construction of the earrings can be seen only in Vendome jewelry. The main stones are made of yellowish-green glass with silver foil included. I believe it is Venetian glass from Murano. The necklace has 3-strands, the shortest 15-in and the longest 18-in. It has a decorative floral clasp with rhinestones, that can be worn in different locations, for versatility. The earrings are 1.25” long, extremely well made. Excellent condition.

Vendôme 1940-1979 was a subsidiary of Coro. The Vendôme line of jewelry was the high end of the costume jewelry market and was Coro's most expensive line.  The company was known to use the best materials and the components were hand assembled.
