Wonderful Phoenix shaped Brooch!

Unknown silver colored metal with tiny spherical glass beads set in along the surface.  There are some missing beads.  See photos.  There is a delicate chain with a small pin attached to the Brooch.  I'm not sure for what....

3  1/4" x 1  1/4" or 8 cm x 3 cm.

It belonged to a friend's Venetian grandmother.

Being sold in its lovely and charming as is condition.
