Should you need to return an item purchased from Powerdrive please ensure the following conditions are followed:  

If an order is received damaged or defective a case must be opened within 24 hours of receipt by the customer. For any other reason returns will only be considered within 14 days from delivery to the customer. Beyond this time no returns will be accepted. 

All cases are raised through eBay Resolution Centre.

The product is returned to Powerdrive with evidence of the purchase date and invoice number.

The product has not been misused or handled carelessly. It is in its full retail package and with all labels. Clothing must have not been worn and is spotlessly clean in its original packaging and labels attached.

If returned as unwanted or a similar reason it must be returned in a condition to enable the item to be resold as new.

Repairs have not been attempted by customer

The item is sufficiently well packaged to prevent any damage in transit, items received damaged will not be accepted for refund

On return the product is certified by Powerdrive as being defective.

The Buyer will pay all shipping costs for return. You may wish to obtain a Proof of Posting.

Refunds will only be considered if all of our terms are met.

This guarantee does not confer any other rights other than those expressly set out in above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. This guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights.
