Vintage Yard-O-Led Platinine mechanical pencil in its box with a tube of replacement HB leads (contains two spare leads). Chequerboard pattern with alternate polished and engine turned panels on the barrel ( see photos). Rivetted pocket clip with Yard-O-Led engraved along its length. The top cap is engraved: 'Platinine, Made in England, Patent No.422767. The action works well, propelling and retracting the lead. A nice vintage Yard-O-Led pencil.

Note to buyers. My pens are shipped in rigid tubes, to avoid damage, which place them in the postal category of small parcel giving rise to the postal cost quoted.
