Ibanez RG350MZ Gloss Black 2011 Electric Guitar

Here for sale we have an Ibanez RG350MZ in Gloss Black finish. Made in Indonesia in 2011, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Basswood body, 3-piece Maple neck and 24 Jumbo fret Maple fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Black hardware including Edge Zero II tremolo system with a ZPS3Fe stabiliser and sealed tuning machines. A trio of Ibanez pickups are installed in an HSH configuration, with a Ibanez INF3 humbucker in the neck, Ibanez INFS3 in the middle and Ibanez INF4 humbucker in the bridge. These are wired to a 5-way blade switch and master volume and tone controls. 

The 3-piece Maple neck plays exceptionally well, with the Wizard lll profile feeling nicely slender and articulate in the hand. A flattened area to the centre of the neck promotes ergonomic thumb positioning in all registers and helps to facilitate fast, technical playing. The Maple fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers, and with its 15.7" radius provides a nicely flat and consistent playing surface right the way up the register. This is paired with 24 Jumbo frets, ensuring a razor sharp playing experience in all registers. The sculpted neck heel and generous cutaways enhance access to the upper frets, opening up the full range of the instrument. 

The trio of Ibanez pickups installed in this guitar deliver a wide array of sounds, with the best of humbucking and single-coil tones on offer. The neck pickup is bold and warm, providing all of the clarity needed for your solo tones whilst remaining bright enough for chording and articulate rhythm parts. The Ibanez INF4 humbucker in the bridge is hotter, delivering a full-bodied and saturated harmonic distortion for your lead tones when driving the amp. The Ibanez INFS3 single-coil in the middle position has a high output for a single-coil, meaning that it blends well with the neck and bridge pickups. The 5-way blade switch provides split coil sounds, whilst the responsive volume and tone controls ensure you're always in full control of your tone.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. Very light scratching is present to the front face, only visible under direct light from certain angles. Light scuffing is present to the top side edge. 

Neck: Overall very good condition. Light denting and scratching is present to the rear of the neck, only visible under direct light. This is most noticeable to the mid range, behind the 9th fret to the bass side. This can be lightly felt under the finger in the playing position.

Body: Overall very good condition. Very light denting and scratching is present to the front face, rear face and lower bout side edge. This is only visible under direct light from certain angles and is most noticeable to the lower bout side edge. 

Condition of Frets: 

The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform. 

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional & adjustable. No truss rod tool included (hex 4mm)

Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of wear. The nut clamps for the locking nut were not included from the previous owner.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

This guitar demonstrates mild fret noise which is not apparent when amplified. This noise does not affect sustain of notes, nor does it affect bending the notes. The new owner may choose to raise the action to alleviate this.
