This gorgeous antique satin quilt was a wedding gift to my cousin's mother and father in 1942.  There are several details available to show provenance.  See expanded details.  My cousin's mother rarely used the quilt in her home, keeping it instead in a storage trunk.  Thus, the quilt appears like-new.  I have not found any damage with  the  exception of the stain (as shown) and a tiny snag that wouldn't show in pictures.  The interesting and rare info on this is the fox fur pelts used! The details that are available:

* Batting - 50% fox fur / 50% wool.  Pelts
* Size - 67" wide x 79" long
