This is NOT a scam! EVERY PACK will have total retail card value equal to or above $20 for a NM copy of that card, according to retail prices on cardkingdom .com. I am not going to go through and grade thousands of cards, but of course if theres a HP beta card included, I am not going to pretend like its NM and value the pack that way.  However, many cards will not be NM, as they are 20-30 years old at this point, and many were printed before card sleeves were invented - sorry!

There will be cards from nearly every set from alpha on included in these packs.  YES, there are arabian nights, legends, antiquities, beta, and portal 3k cards.

My packs are 100% money back guaranteed to be as listed below. The only way a pack will not contain the monetary value I am advertising here is if prices significantly (and randomly) drop on items I have already shipped out after I scanned the value of the cards for value, or if you have some big issues with condition.  If you take a picture of the cards you received (I will have all of the packs numbered and recorded, so don't try it!), and show the monetary discrepancy, I will refund you the difference, no questions asked. 

EVERY SINGLE CARD PICTURED (unless you see something post 2005 which I will filter out) WILL BE IN A PACK BEFORE ALL PACKS ARE SOLD.  I have LOTS of duplicates as well - there are 8 force of wills, 4 survival of the fittest, 4 recurring nightmares, for example. Playsets of old useful rares are common.

This is a premium repack, I figure I can make about the same amount of money doing this as I could selling these cards to a large retailer or buyer, with the added benefit of hopefully getting new people into the game and reinvigorating some nostalgia seekers!

Over 80% of these cards are urza's saga and prior.  I went up to 2004 for the packs so I could include some cool early foils, and some fun mirrodin rares, kamigawa rares and useful uncommons, and onslaught fetches.  I really cut down on collecting after the kamigawa block.  The pictures represent a small sample of what I will be picking from, I have many, many, many more unpictured commons, uncommons, and rares.

Each 15 card "repack" or "booster" will contain AT LEAST the following:

15 vintage (pre 2005) cards.  Note - some cards might be gold border or silver border, but this will be under 1%.  I do have some of the championship tournament decks from the late 90s and early 2000s. Since those cards are sometimes more valuable than the black border versions, I thought it was appropriate to include them.

1 vintage rare

1 basic land

3 random cards - may be rare, uncommon, land, gold border, silver border

10 commons/uncommons

Many packs will contain multiple rares!

More than 25% of these packs will contain a reserved list rare. I will not be noting these, so I cannot guarantee if you order 10 packs, you get 2 reserved list rares.  But half of the packs I am making will have a reserved list card in it.

One in 30 of these packs will have retail value over $100

So you understand why this makes sense for me, and is not a scam - most large collection buyers are going to put vintage commons and uncommons into bulk, and I have 10s of thousands of vintage commons and uncommons.  Getting some value out of counterspells, exhumes, elves, etc makes this worth it, plus all of the added elements of providing some fun opening experiences for the community!

To preserve the fun of opening packs, I will not be putting the more valuable cards in special packaging.  These packs will be sent in bubble mailers, penny sleeves, and something hard on the outside.  No special treatment for the bigger cards!

If you have a consistent way to get full retail price on vintage cards, you would make money on these packs!  However, I'm hoping most of the people who end up buying and reopening this collection are just collector's looking for some fun and not getting wanting to buy scammer repacks that show huge collections of power 9 and libraries of alexandria that mysteriously never get opened.
