Crafted from 900-grade platinum, stamped 'Pt900', hallmarked Birmingham with the sponsor mark FBS, the ring features a central pearl, independently assessed as an Akoya cultured pearl, white colour with silver overtones, nacre thickness as medium to thick, skin good, lustre good, shape round to near round in a basket claw setting and measuring approximately 8.55 mm x 8.51 mm. The pearl is flanked by diamond-set shoulders; each of the six round brilliant cut diamonds (three per shoulder) is approximately 2.10 mm in diameter and set in a three-claw setting with a tapering plain polished 'D' shaped cross-sectioned shank. Independently assessed to colour G-H and clarity SI. The ring is also stamped '0.20' and comes in size N. The stated diamond weight is 0.20 ct, and the total piece weight is 5.74 gr.
