Structure measures about  5 inches long and 3-1/2 inches high.

Design includes an oblong swim through hole that is about 1 inch across measured diagonally.

There are no chips or cracks, but there is some paint loss.

On the bottom, it is difficult to see, but it says made in Japan (I think) or possibly made in Taiwan. The first part of the country name is obscured by a stray splash of ceramic, but the word ends in 'AN'.
