1992 Steiff Bear is a replica of the company's open mouth bear of 1930. He wears a studded blue leather collar and bell. Stands 35cm (14 inches).Has two tone glass eyes. Teddy Baby is made from champagne colored mohair and stuffed with cotton or polyfill. He has wool felt paw pads and his feet are card board re-enforced to permit him to stand freely. He has his ear button & the yellow tag numbered 0176/35, 50% wool, 50% cotton Made in Western Germany printed on it. Teddy Baby has a well stitched black nose and sweet peach tone open smiling mouth, outlined in a darker color. His squeaker has lost its squeak, but other than that, he is in beautiful condition. He has that special charm that most of these older Steiff animals have.
