Both marked to the underside:
"505" for pattern or makers code;
"3-owl" logo for Frank Sanborn and his two sons;
"Mexico" for country of origin;
"Sterling" and "0.925" for silver purity;
"JMH" probably for retailer;
"10-SW" 

All marks are crisp and readable.

Made in Mexico, post-1940's.
