Very Rare 1986 Baccarat Noel Ornament, LARGE SNOWFLAKE.Mint In Box, 

Comes with a red Baccarat box and red velvet like pouch. I've seen these made for 1986 with 1983,1984 and 1985 Baccarat Blanks made with a Large or Small Snowflake, sometimes with the word Noel and sometimes without. Perfect for that special Baccarat person who wants to complete their collection of Xmas annual ornaments. I don't know how many of these were made but apparently Baccarat was going to quit making these after 1985 because of poor sales. However they had commitments to a couple of large department stores to supply them with the 1986 ornament. So instead of making a new design for 1986 they used prior year noel blanks for this ornament.This ornament has the Baccarat acid etched logo at the top of the ornament just like the 1984 ornament, however the year was moved to accommodate the large snowflake that is in the center of this ornament and includes the word "NOEL" which makes it more valuable as it matches the rest of the NOEL annual ornament set.
