Frame is constructed from wood and has plush blue velvet backing. Features a plaque on the front center which reads: CHARLES M. RUSSEL

Item is used and in good condition. Shows light signs of wear from use but nothing major. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.

Measures approx: 12.75” Tall x 10.25” Wide x 1.75” Deep
