++Hello this is AT. I would recommend this to any customer looking for a rackmount Motif. This holds a beautiful enclosure, but unfortunately, three control knobs were missing. It is still in good condition and ready to use. However, I searched through the warehouse and found three unused knobs, so I added them as an extra. Thank you.
The Yamaha Motif Rack XS, released in 2007, is a rack-mounted and upgraded version of the Motif XS, a keyboard workstation in Yamaha's long-running flagship Motif line. The Motif sound engine uses an enhanced version of the AWM2 synthesis system, in addition to Extended Articulation (EA) technology, offering the mind-blowing potential for timbral complexity and detail realism of articulation. The Motif Rack XS offers 1024 presets and 128-note polyphony. In addition to a massive number of gorgeous tones, this thing is simply loaded with features, such as a huge 355 MB waveform ROM, among many other features. The Motif Rack XS is a superb choice for a fully loaded rack synthesizer.
This synth is in Very Good condition and shows some aging, including a few scratches and scuffs (please see photos). ***The three control knobs are not original(please see photos). Furthermore, the unit has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, who has confirmed the integrity and flawless operation of the unit.
