1.        All items are shipped from PWCC Vault warehouse out from Portland, USA.

2.      Handling Time = 3 to 5 Business days

Domestic USA = $25

International (Worldwide) = Flat $55 via Fed Ex. Will ship worldwide except to Russia, Ukraine and North Korea. All international packages are shipped with insurance  between 70% to 100% of the item value. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any local import taxes/duties levied by your local authorities for international imports. 

4.      Return policy: All items sold are already authenticated and graded by PSA/BGS/SGC. You are purchasing the exact card listed and each card (in its case) are well packed before shipping. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS offered.

5.    Non-Payment:  We have strict policies against non-paying buyers who have committed to purchase but chose not to pay within 4 days. These buyers will be reported and blacklisted from purchasing from our store going forward.
