This book is a bit of a mystery, because the pages begin at 16, but none appear to be missing.

It is in good condition, with minor flaws. The soft cover has tanned edges & light marks, top front corners bent. The spine has small tears top & bottom. Back cover has small tears at the spine, top & bottom. The pages are in good condition, 3 have a tiny ding on the side. 

There are 2 inserts. At front, the author asking for any errors, at back, addenda with errata.

The portraits are printed with no text on the reverse of the page.
