This is a very rare model.
The MG-3 is the bottom range of the MG series, which was popular among the Japanese-made Yamaha electric guitars with an established reputation as vintage Japanese guitars because of its ultra-light weight and special specifications with 26 frets for easy playability.
This MG-3 is already rare enough with its Fiesta Red vivid color, maple fingerboard, and white pickguard, but this one is even rarer of the rarest, as it is equipped with an SSH rear humbucker (normally, the MG-3M with a maple fingerboard is equipped with three single PUs).
As for the condition, it was probably manufactured around 1990, which means it has been about 34 years since its manufacture, so if you look closely, there are some minor dents, marks, and buckle marks on the painted surface that are hard to see on the picture.
Also, the fingerboard is made of maple, so there are some discoloration and deterioration of the paint.
There are also some marks on the back and sides of the neck (see images 6 and 7), but considering the age of the guitar, probably it is quite clean.
The metal parts also have some minor marks, but probably this is also at a low level considering the age of the guitar.
So, this is just the previous owner personal opinion, but probably it is safe to say that overall, the guitar is quite beautiful.
The neck has some waviness, but it looks straight (truss rod turns as well).
The frets are about 70-80% full.
The electrical system is in good working order, including the bi-sound switch (Magnemite tap).
In the picture, the strings have not been put on for cleaning, but the old strings have been put back on for sound check, so you can replace them with your favorite strings.
The only accessory is the tremolo arm.
There are some discoloration on the headstock.
