Before the purchase! Check that your contact details (billing and delivery address, email and telephone number are up to date).

If the address data is incorrect, returns may be subject to a charge, which we have to pass on to the buyer.

In the case of body parts (doors, bumpers, fenders, tailgates, etc.) you must reckon with typical signs of wear (stone chips, minor scratches), major damage is indicated in the description and recorded in photos.

You should assume that these parts will need to be repainted.

Special / freight forwarding:

Forwarding shipping includes parts that are large or bulky, for example:
Bonnets, tailgates, doors, bumpers, fenders, engines, transmissions, axles. We absolutely need one for the shipping company valid phone number (for the purpose of a telephone notification / appointment by the forwarding agent) under which the buyer or an authorized person can be reached.

Please check the correctness of your telephone number and address stored on eBay during the purchase process.

1. The goods must be unpacked immediately upon receipt and checked for any transport damage.
2. Please do not acknowledge receipt until you have received the goods undamaged.
3. If the goods are not properly or have arrived with transport damage, please inform the driver immediately and have it noted on the receipt of the forwarding agent and only then acknowledge / sign the receipt. If the driver cannot give you a copy of the note, please take a picture of it if possible.
4. If the driver refuses to unpack or does not want to acknowledge the existing damage, you must refuse to accept the goods, even if it is difficult.

Shipping on the same working day:

Shipping takes place (if payment is received by 2:00 p.m.) on the same day (except for weekends and public holidays). As soon as we can book an incoming payment, you will be informed via e-mail on the day of dispatch. In this e-mail you will also find a link to track the shipment. The e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address stored on eBay.

Any international customs fees that may apply must be paid by the buyer.

Self pickup:

Collection by the customer is only possible during our business hours (Mon-Fri 8.00 a.m. 4 p.m.). Pick-up location is D-32423 Minden OT Meissen, you can get the exact address in the ebay checkout process.

Please note:

You will only receive the replacement part pictured unless otherwise stated in the description. Please do not assume that something else is included if it is not shown. The images are "original" showing the actual item delivered. If several items are available, the pictures always show the item with the most signs of wear.

Leads, marks and seals

Some of our items, such as control units (with computer software/programs) are sealed to prevent unauthorized opening of the goods (the housing). If the seal is damaged, "as delivered" no longer applies and the right to a refund or replacement expires. a refund will be given minus the loss in value.

This does not affect the usual check of the functionality of the control unit and the seal does not represent an obstacle to the check.

The right of withdrawal for the consumer remains unaffected.

Redemptions - revocation - returns

According to our cancellation policy, you have 1 month to declare your cancellation. You have 14 days to return the item. Please note our cancellation policy and general terms and conditions.

The buyer bears the costs of the return acc. §357 para. 6 BGB.
