PRICE REDUCED 7/2/2024: QUEEN CUTLERY Electrician's Pocketknife, Vintage: The well-polished appearance of this knife is remarkably deceptive. It carries wear and travel indications on the cutting blade and handles, but it shines like your first car on a Saturday afternoon. I don't think the owner was an electrician because the screwdriver blade is untouched; but the cutting blade shows repeated lines in a horizontal pattern---I think its job was cutting cardboard daily. This will wear down a carbon-steel edge fairly quickly, but the advantage is that it will sharpen easily. The owner did so carefully with a stone, rather than a grinder; I guess the blade has about 98% of original height. Springs are intact and provide good walk and talk with half-stops. Front handle has a crack at the head pin and a small scrape nearby; same things on the back handle. Lanyard loop swings with gentle resistance. This is a classic-style knife with a hundred year legend and a curated appearance. Value is in its high-line manufacturer, vintage age, and ready condition. Mailing only to USA-48. Postage is usually between $5.00 and $6.26. Buyer pays $4.00, I will pay the rest. Please see my other knives and save postage. I am liquidating my entire collection; please keep me in your favorite sellers, watching for Old Bryan's Old Knives or the seller name below.
