This is Garrison G30-E-HG electric acoustic guitar.
It's an electric acoustic guitar made by Canadian guitar maker Garrison.
It was a rare guitar.
The sides and back are probably maple.

There is no chatter or clogging of the sound that is bothersome with open strings.

12th fret string height 6th string side 2.5mm(.09inches), About 2mm(.07inches) on the 1st string side, The string length is about 647mm(25.4inches).
There are no noticeable bulges on the top plate or back plate.
There is no bridge lifting, there is some paper on the corner of the bridge.
Fret string height is about 70%.
The fingerboard is appropriate for its age, but there is no noticeable wear.
Comes with original hard case.
Case may have signs of wear due to storage.
