Please could you sign for all deliveries as 'un-checked' – if available. If in the unlikely event your item arrives damaged we can't make a claim against our carrier if it is signed for as received in 'good condition'. Also all orders require a phone number so our carrier can contact you direct if required. Thank you.
We only deliver to the UK mainland due to various reasons. No exceptions.

Deliveries are usually Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 7am – 7pm (approx). Sorry, but we can’t specify a day or time for deliveries. Most orders are received by our buyers within 48 hours* so please ensure someone will be available to accept delivery. Any special instructions we will need to be notified of at the time of placing your order.
We always offer the best prices we can so we don’t accept any offers. However we can sometimes do special prices for bulk orders or more than 4 of the same item.
Positive feedback is automatically left for all our buyers as soon as the same has been left for us.
*Due to the current situation all orders are currently on a 5 working day dispatch. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
