HEAVY DUTY - Our new 3rd generation design!  We have modified our standard array with square rather than round plates on the interior, where the reaction occurs.  This results in a 30% increase in surface area and more energy input (amps) through the system!  In addition, these square plates are twice as thick as our previous plates, and 2-3 times as thick as our main competitor's plates, resulting in a doubling or tripling of the expected life of the array assembly!

Combine these improvements with our new Quad-Plate design, and the longevity further increases!  The "reaction zone" is more isolated toward the center of this array, reducing wear and tear on the outer grids.  During Ionic Detox, the bulk of the "erosion" of the plates in an array occurs at the inner-most surface and on the negative side of the power input (black wire).  To extend the life of an array, one can alternate the side to which the black wire is attached, and/or flip the plate(s) over, thereby providing a fresh reaction surface.  The 8 square plates in our Quad-Plate design are all interchangeable, giving you in effect 8 fresh surfaces to choose from during the life of your array!
