There is no fungus.
There is "very" thin haze which can be only seen by strong LED light. It does not affect.
There is no scratch.
There are some very tiny dusts on finder but do not bother your view.
No problem in the viewing and Shooting.

It works properly. Meter works. New light seals.
Helicoid of the lens is light.
