Vintage Biederlack Blanket Southwestern Aztec Native Print Reversible 60x52”.  The tag is missing from the blanket.  I believe the satin trim on the top and bottom have been added by the previous owner.  There is a repair on the side trim (please see all pictures).  Otherwise, very good vintage condition.
