First album on cassette tape by death metal band from Moorabbin, Victoria, Australia: Mortification - Mortification (same, self-titled, s/t), 1991, first edition, second state, on Intense (a division of Frontline), catalog # FLC 9264, UPC 026297926441 / and SPCN 7-5126-1050-5. Post-Lightforce.  The u-card opens up to lyrics and merchandise info. 

Condition: I played the tape all the way through, and it sounds fine.  Also, it's on CrO2 quality tape.  See above for further details; and please expand photos for close-ups. Grading is for card and shell only. (I don't grade cases, but I do try and ensure that the hinges work before mailing anything out!)  

This will be carefully packed between solid cardboard, and sent out within two business days of receipt of payment.
