Issued by Stendal Regional and City Court; concerning one act of purchase in today's OT Döbbelin (the von Bismarck family's oldest property). -- In the document the “von Bismarcksche Gut zu Doebbelin” is also mentioned as the estate.

Dated Stendal, 22. November 1839; negotiated on the 20th November in Döbbelin.

Marie Dorothee Lühmann, b. Erxleben, widow of the linen weaver Johann Peter Lühmann and the Krüger Ullrich, sold to her adult son for 250 thalers Johann Christoph Lühmann herBasic position no. 12 in Döbbelin and sets the endowment of her second son Johann Peter Lühmann (* 1. August 1818) fixed, who is a servant in Wahrburg.

Marie Dorothee Lühmann retains the right to live on the estate for life, is cared for and cared for by her son and, after her death, is buried at his expense.

Johann Christoph Lühmann also takes over the mortgage of 150 thalers on the estate, which is registered to Ludolph Philipp Meyer in Wahrburg, pays 100 thalers to his younger brother and gets him a double bed.

The purchase agreement with court stamp and signature of the court president Ernst Christian Deschner (*27. July 1780 in Danzig, died. 15. January 1848 in Stendal); the Mortgage notewith paper-covered seal and signatures of the court president Deschner and the regional and city judicial council Wilhelm Johann Eisenhart (*22. May 1794 in Wollmirstedt, died. 4. June 1859 in Stendal).

Scope:14 pages measuring 33 x 20 cm; written on stamp paper.

Condition: document folded; Paper browned and stained, edge tear in the first sheet repaired with scotch tape. The last sheet of the bill of sale and the two sheets of the mortgage note loose. Please also note the pictures!
