You are bidding on one interesting legal document from 1785/86.
Concerns one Complaint against the will the (apparently deceased) Margarethe Mutschellin (once also spelled "Muttschallin"; family name as Muttschell / Mutschell / Mutschall / Muttschall or similar) in Mingolsheimwho own their fortune charitable foundations had bequeathed.
In addition, their (potential) heirs Johannes and Franz Pfahlen (probably inflected form of Pfahl) in Redingen (?) are now suing.
Bad Mingolsheim is now an OT of Bad Schönborn (LK Karlsruhe).
It is a letter from the plaintiffs' lawyer, W. Sensburg in Bruchsal (letter dated 9. February 1785), addressed to the Oberamt Kislau zu Mingolsheim.
With a half-page note from the Oberamt Kislau (dated Mingolsheim, 21. February 1786), signed by Clerk J. Dedell; with a paper seal.
