10 speed with 11-28 rear gears and 34-50 front gears. Brakes replaced with shimano 105's as the sram red brakes could not be repaired.
The original wheels were upgraded to carbon for summer use. They were purchased direct from china and are copies of much more expensive wheels. The rear hub was serviced and had new pawls a few years back. Fitted with schwelbe one 23mm tyres. The combination helps keep the total weight down below 7.3 kg
Not used much over the last 4 years due to taking up running and almost unused since being serviced. I also had a winter bike for any bad weather, The instruction manuals are also included as are spare inner tubes and the attached shimano pedals.
The bike should be in full working order but it is the purchasers responsible to check the bike before use.
If you want a lightweight fast bike this is ideal. Low weight due to rim brakes and thin tyres so not suitable for wider tyres in excess of 23mm.
SRAM red is also the best equipment available with much better gear changing than shimano. Quality carbon cranks as well.
