About this vehicle

*No Trades* This 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with a 5 speed manual transmission swap is up for sale. I have owned this car since the fall of 2016, when I purchased it from my fathers police department after it was decommissioned with 65,000 miles on it. In 2018, I had the Crown Vic painted 1993 Cobra Teal Metallic. In January of 2022, I had this Crown Victoria’s rear bumper cover replaced due to a minor crash from being rear ended, and driver’s side fender replaced due to rust formation (very common), and the spotlight hole filled in the driver’s side A pillar. In mid 2022, the automatic transmission lost third gear around 120,000 miles. In February of 2023, at approximately 129,000 miles, I put refurbished LX Sport wheels put on the car. I also had a Hanlon Motorsports stage II TR3650 installed with the ADTR 5 speed manual swap kit, Stainless Works Headers, Metco control arms and Watts Link arms, ARP Watts Link Stud, and ADTR front and rear sway bars installed. This Crown Victoria also has the much needed MOS Speedshop South Tune, and Ford Performance 8.8 refresh kit with 3:73 Ford Performance gears installed. The vehicle has just had a Ford Performance Clutch Installed. The vehicle shows 149,650 miles, almost 6,000 idle hours, and is now for sale. Please see ADTR.net for specific information on what us included in the products I purchased from them.

Seller's Notes

I followed in my father’s footsteps and became a police officer myself. My goal was to use this vehicle as my personal vehicle for SWAT should I eventually make it on the regional SWAT team. Unfortunately, I have a 45 mile commute and need a more fuel efficient vehicle to save money for a house. Between the $8,000 (in 2018 mind you) paint job, $8,400 in parts from ADTR, Hanlon Motor Sports, and the cost of the car itself, this is a great deal for someone who wants to save the time and money of doing one of these swaps themselves. Only other notes is that the TR3650 has a 26 spline input shaft, and will be included with the original steelies, radio, LX Sport center console, and MOS Tuner. $7999 takes her. Seller to arrange transport. Thank you for your interest.

Vehicle Details

The vehicle has been a daily driver in Massachusetts. With that said, the exterior is in good condition, but could use some fine tuning. I have attached photographs of some of the rock chips on the driver’s side if the car, as well as a small scuff on the passenger side of the rear bumper cover, and rust formation on the passenger side front fender. The suspension modifications have been a great benefit to this car, and have helped it feel brand new. It corners tremendously, accelerates hard enough to throw you back in the seat, and get better MPG than it did before. This Crown Victoria is in need of a few things to get it perfect. The heater core is blown, as when the heat is on, coolant sprays onto the inside of thw windshield. A brand new one from Ford will be included with the sale. The AC system has been refreshed by Ford with the exception of the accumulator. Most Police Interceptors have had an issue with the odometer display being faint, which this car has. The accessory lighting (i.e. fuel light, tire pressure light, etc) flicker occasionally. This can be addressed with the heater core replacement. The fuel gauge has been hit or miss lately with accurately depicting the fuel level. And, as previously stated, this is a Massachusetts owned car. The under carriage is shockingly not terribly rusty, with the exception of the rocker pannels, which have the most amount of rust on the car.
